Week 10

To High School Senior,      For me, college was almost identical to what I was told as a high school senior. There were only a few lies that I found. The first one would be that you can pick what days your classes are scheduled. There is some truth to that, but the options are very limited and you probably will not get the schedule that you want. Another lie was that the professors are way more laid back than high school teachers. Although it is true in some cases, most of my professors acted the same as my teachers. Some professors were very laid back, which was really nice. I wish that I was told more to pursue something other than college. I think there are too many general education classes that are pointless. In my opinion, the only way college is worth attending, is when you know exactly what you want to do, and you have amazing scholarships for it. Sincerely, Aaron

Week 9

My biggest regret is not hanging out with my friends as much as I should have. I began to not spend time with them during the week and weekends and basically distanced myself from them for no reason whatsoever. It follows the "not" principle because I regret not hanging out with them. However, this regret has been fixed. I hang out with my friends almost every weekend and we go out to eat all the time. I even began hanging out with more people and has made my life a whole lot better. I put the regret behind me and realized it was a mistake. This relates to our topic of "truth" because I did not know the truth behind what I was doing. If I don't realize the truth, I begin to bullshit to myself.

Week 7

Three Little Pigs     Once upon a time, there were three pigs that had built houses. The first pig built his house out of straw, and the second pig built his out of sticks. The third pig had built his house out of bricks. Later on a wolf passed by and detected the smell of pigs. The first pig wouldn't let him in, so the wolf blew his house down. The first pig managed to escape and hide with the second pig. The wolf went to the second pig's house and smelled the pigs inside. The pigs wouldn't let him in, so the wolf blew the house down. Both of the pigs ran to the third pig's brick house. The wolf had followed. The three pigs would not let the wolf inside, so he knocked the house over because pigs don't know how to lay bricks. All three of the pigs were crushed and never to be seen again. The End.
